    In this speech, Wang Zhiguang, Deputy Director-General of Hunan Provincial Department of Construction, had a high opinion of the preparatory meeting of the coming up International expert symposium on World Natural Heritage Declaration of Danxia Landform, and then he put forward four advices about the future work of the World Natural Heritage Declaration:

① Have a full understanding of the declaration opportunities and to win the “opportunity for battle”;

② Have a sufficient estimate for the difficulties during the declaration and to win the “crucial battle”;

③ Make a solid and secure work for the foundation of the declaration and to win the “battle of initiative”;

④ Have an in-depth study of the declaration mechanism and to win the “protracted war”.
